With only days until the 2017 Conference begins – we’ve listed some important information to help you prepare for the conference!
The registration area for the conference is located to the left as you enter the main hotel entrance and just outside of the ballroom foyer on the ground floor where you’ll receive your conference satchel and official conference name badge.
The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
Sunday 3rd September: 12.00pm – 5.00pm
Monday 4th September: 7.00am – 5.00pm
Tuesday 5th September: 7.00am – 6.00pm
As a security requirement, please wear your Delegate name badge during the conference to access all sessions, trade exhibition areas, special event areas and catering. Your name badge also lists your nominated workshops.
If you’re driving to the conference, QT Hotel have two levels of basement parking available for a flat rate of $8 per day. On arrival – proceed directly to the parking boom gate to enter and park. Before departing – go to the QT Reception desk to pay for parking. You’ll then be given a swipe card to use when exiting the car park.
Morning, afternoon teas and lunches will be provided across three different areas during the conference with each break offering a new selection of tasty morsels to choose from. For those who have advised special dietary requirements, these selections will be presented and labelled separately. The Registration Desk will also be available to assist with any catering questions.
QT HOTEL CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
If you have booked accommodation through the DFA conference website, your booking has been passed onto the hotel. Check in is from 2pm daily. If you arrive early, the concierge can store your luggage until your room is ready.
